Open Positions
1. House Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and guest experience.
- Lead, train, and manage the venue team.
- Monitor inventory, labor, and operational standards.
- Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
2. Head Barista
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, dialing-in, and specialty coffee preparation.
- Train and calibrate the barista team to maintain consistent quality.
- Manage coffee stock, bar hygiene, and espresso equipment maintenance.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in specialty coffee and bar leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee extraction, espresso gear, and sensory calibration.
