About the Role
As a Planning Engineer at Projecs Engineering Consultancy, you will play a key role in supporting US-based projects throughout their life cycle. You will collaborate closely with engineering, BIM, and site teams to ensure schedules are meticulously tracked and project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Development: Create and maintain detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track performance indicators, and prepare regular progress reports.
Delay Analysis: Analyze schedule variances, identify delay factors, and support recovery planning strategies.
Team Coordination: Liaise between engineering teams, BIM specialists, and site managers to streamline project execution.
Lookahead Planning: Develop short-term lookahead schedules and track labor/equipment productivity.

Qualification Criteria:
Experience: 1 to 2 years in project planning, scheduling, or project controls. (Cost Engineers and Project Control Engineers with strong planning exposure are also strongly encouraged to apply).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an Egyptian governmental university, or AUC, BUE, GUC, or AAST.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Location & Lifestyle: Must currently reside in Giza and be a non-smoker.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Male Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Female Shift Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
