Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute category strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, range planning, and category performance.
• Drive sales, margins, inventory, and revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging kidswear trends.
• Work closely with Design, Buying, Sourcing, Marketing, and Retail teams.
• Analyse competition and customer preferences to strengthen the category.
