We are hiring for  IR- HR Manager at  Hyderabad,
The candidate needs to handle end to end HR activities for the Headcount of 300.
Responsibilities of IR – HR

1.  To maintain all the statutory registers state-wide under all applicable labour laws.
2. To apply and get licenses under labour Act throughout PAN India like Shop & Establishment Registration, Factory License, Trade license, Professional Tax, CLRA License, Interstate migration license wherever applicable.
3. To ensure and comply all Statutory Compliances
4. Liaising with various departments and authorities.
6. Responsible to handle and providing solution and clarity on the queries raised on statutory compliances, labour laws, and register’s part.
7. Submission of Monthly, Half yearly & annual returns as per the factory and contract labour act.
8. To ensure timely adherence of State Min. Wages as per prescribed notifications.
9. To maintain all statutory records and check all contractors’ records.
10. To address employee grievances pertaining to PF, ESI.
11. To attend client Audit and prepare compliance report.
13. Responsible to comply PF & ESI for temporary (or) contractual role employees.
14. Customer & Vendor Auditory Management
15. Finding Alternate vendors for non-conversion vendors
16. Identifying Suitable Vendor for the new project.
17. Deployment of required manpower
18. Timely Registration / Renewal and Any amendments
19. Conversion of Vendor from Existing model to the Revised Model "Pay & Collect model" with Cost benefit
20. Outsource Attendance & Payroll System

Location – Shamshabad – Hyderabad
Max CTC : 6Lacs p.a
