Hiring HR Recruiter (1 - 6 yrs) Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli

Salary - 2.5-4 Lpa

Shift Timings - 11:00 to 8:30 PM shift.

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities - Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking and Employee Referrals, Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities. Experience negotiating compensation and bring closure of a potential applicant. Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Willing to work on tight deadlines

Job Qualifications - Must be a Graduate, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong desire to self-learn, Comfortable with high-speed working, under pressure
