Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
2. Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure the smooth flow of inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Monitor order processing, inventory management, and product handling to meet operational targets.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
3. Safety and Compliance:
- Promote and enforce workplace safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
4. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock counting and reconciliation.
- Report and address discrepancies and shortages.
Qualifications: MBA/B.Tech
Requirement
- Minimum of 2+ year of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
