We are hiring!!! For leading Bank | Multiple openings 
Role: Sales Manager- EIL
Salary Range : 5 - 7 Lakhs

Openings in the following location for leading bank:
Coimbatore ,Hyderabad, Trichy, Bangalore, Mysore, Salem, Kumbakonam, Dhindukkal, Madurai, Coimbatore, Tirupati, Chennai, Vellore, Vijayawada, Andrapradesh, Vizag, Vijayawada, Karimnagar, Chitradurga, Warangal 

Purpose of the role:
• To ensure high quality delivery of relevant Sourcing of Education Institution Loan ranging/Mortgages from 50Lakhs to 5Cr for our existing customers, Channels partners & Open Market customers as per company process & Policy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding of Educational Dynamics of the market and area, understanding channel network and industrial area of the market.
• Sell the product by establishing the contact and building relationship with prospect, recommending, solutions, develop good relationship with customer through personal contact or meeting via telephone etc.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed.
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations.
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require Education Institution loan.
• Ensure consistent delivery of products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage

Desired Experience:
Number of years of experience (range): 3-10 years
• Types of Companies/Sector worked for:- Banks/NBFCs ,Housing finance companies, Education Finance focused companies, should have relevant experience in Education Institution Loan & LAP/ Business loans/housing finance .
• Responsibility Managed in previous organization:- The applicant Should have experience in Sourcing of EIL, LAP & housing products.
• Languages:- Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for.
Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.
• Existing relationship with education institutions could be additional advantage.
• Computer/technical skills (If Any) Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent
from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).

Qualifications:
Graduation: BCOM (Any Graduate)
Post-graduation: MBA or any PG would be an added advantage
