I am in need of an expert who can configure Zoho CRM for my not-for-profit charity. This involves multiple tasks, and each one has specific requirements.

Setup and configure Zoho CRM to manage individual contacts.
Admin capabilities to add, update, and manage individual profiles, tracking interactions and engagement.

2. Organisation Contacts CRM

Configure Zoho CRM to manage organizational contacts.
Admin capabilities to add and manage details for support organizations, partners, and other entities.

3. Membership

Integrate Zoho CRM with Paid Memberships Pro via Zapier for new membership signups.
Establish a member portal in Zoho CRM for users to log in and update their personal and membership information.
Set up automated workflows for membership status updates and renewal notifications.

4. Public Forms

Develop and integrate four publicly accessible forms for individual registration, organization registration, event registration, and volunteer sign-up.
Ensure seamless integration with Zoho CRM for automatic data capture and update.
Set up initial triggers and tasks in Zoho CRM for each form submission to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.

5. Initial Campaigns

Setup two initial email campaigns within Zoho CRM targeting new members and potential donors or volunteers.

6. Donation Management System

Configure Zoho CRM to track and manage donations, including integration with payment platforms and reporting capabilities. Includes recurring payments.
