- Designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce Einstein AI solutions
- Implementing predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and automated workflows
- Experience in Business Intelligence, SQL, and Tableau
- Working closely with me to ensure the AI solutions align with our goals
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Einstein Al solutions, including predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and automated workflows.

Customize and extend Einstein Analytics dashboards and reports to provide
actionable insights.
Created and managed data models and data flows for Einstein Analytics.
Customize Salesforce Einstein features to meet specific business needs.
Monitor the performance of Einstein solutions and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
What should you be having?
Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery.
Hands-on experience with predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and automated workflows within Salesforce Einstein.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and the Salesforce data model.
Experience in data modeling and integrating Salesforce with external systems and
third-party applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills:

Deep expertise in Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and their integration with Einstein.
Proficiency in advanced data analytics, including data visualization tools like Tableau
Strong knowledge using SQL is a plus.
Expertise in developing, maintaining, and experience managing/leading CRM Analytics dashboards & analytics, preferably with working knowledge of Einstein administration/architecture
Experience in architecting, designing, developing Bl and other analytical, Al reporting solutions using standard Bl tools
Experience performing a business analyst role, preferably with some project management.
Experience in the creation of functional specifications and project documentation and translating


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in Salesforce Einstein AI implementation
- Proven track record in designing and deploying predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and automated workflows
- Strong background in Business Intelligence, SQL, and Tableau
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Discovery Consultant a plus, strong experience with the standard Salesforce report builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I or I and II a plus
