Experience and skills:
·       13+ years of Oracle experience consisting of at least 5+ years of Project Management experience in managing hashtag#OracleEBSimplementations. · Must have successfully managed implementation of 2-3 end-to-end hashtag#OracleEBS to hashtag#FusionMigration projects.
·       Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle methodologies.
·       Strong knowledge of implementing Oracle EBS ERP projects end to end.
·       Strong experience in delivery and implementation working for a consultancy/systems Integrator.
·       Experience to work with a diversified team to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
·       Manage project planning, effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning and execution.
·       Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.
·       PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2 Certified.
·       Partner with Finance, Engineering and ERP IT teams to support both ongoing operations and projects in a timely, effective and clear way.
 Mandatory Skills:
·       Relevant Experience: Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP implementations. 2-3 Fusion Implementation. Experience in leading end-to-end project management for large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
·       Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
·       Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM). Familiarity with data migration, integration, and IT infrastructure requirements for Oracle
Fusion.
·       Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. o Strong ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors. 5. Good verbal Communication Skill
·       Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or certifications specific to Oracle Project Management Practioner.
·       Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar discipline. An advanced degree is a plus. Note:· Candidate Should have experience in EBS and Fusion.
·       Must have successfully managed implementation of 2-3 end-to-end Oracle EBS to Fusion Migration projects. Candidate should have experience in technical as well as functional.
