Medicina and Manara Group of Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RCM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue cycle management processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and enhancing our financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
·Manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, and collections.
·Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve billing issues and optimize revenue.
·Denial Analysis and Resubmission
·Insurance Communication Facilitation
·Quarterly Reconciliation Process
·Monthly Reconciliation for High-Cost Medications
·Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

Qualifications:
·Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
·Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
·Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
·Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
