Job Title: Accounts Executive
Company: Press Components (Metal Fabricator)
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Job Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile financial statements.
* Maintain and manage general ledger accounts.
* Prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
* Assist in preparing tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally.
* Utilize Excel for creating detailed financial spreadsheets and reports.

Requirements:
* Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication industry.
* Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
