Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Document Controller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a background in construction and be familiar with working on-site. This role is pivotal in ensuring all project documentation is managed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and control all project documents including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
• Ensure documents are accurately filed, stored, and updated in the document management system.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect, distribute, and track documents as per project requirements.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure document control processes are effective and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist project managers and engineers in retrieving and providing requested documents promptly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control within the UAE construction industry.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred.
• Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
