looking for a school experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us drive technological excellence!
Key Responsibilities
* Installing new / existing servers, desktops, laptops and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standard operational requirements.
* Managing school portals, websites and G-suit portal.
* Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and systems.
* Perform backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up at external devices.
* Configuring Server OS for create, change, restrict and delete user accounts and apply OS upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
* Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
* Interacting with parents and staff on IT support
* Managing printer server
* Managing/configuring student and staff tabs
* Managing WiFi and internet networks, CCTV cameras and IP phones around the school
* Training staff on IT facilities
