Job Opportunity: Building QA/QC Inspector

As a Building QA/QC Inspector, you'll play a critical role in monitoring and maintaining the quality of our construction projects. You'll be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying deficiencies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspections of building materials, structures, and systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

2. Identify quality issues, defects, and deviations from plans and specifications.

3. Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.

4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures.

5. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

6. Provide guidance and support to construction teams to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in construction QA/QC inspections, with a minimum of 2 years in the industry.

3. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.

5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Certification in Quality Control/Assurance is a plus.
