Location : Govandi (East), Mumbai (alternate Saturday working)
Job Requirements:
● Overall 5 - 6 years of experience in recruiting for junior to senior-level positions using different channels
● MBA (part-time/full-time)
● Understanding on Job portals
● Hands on Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
● Deep understanding of markets / competition
● Ability to drive compliance & process adherence
● Should have exclusively worked on closing mandates without external help
Position Summary
Role is an individual contributor role with reporting to Talent Acquisition Head. This position will deliver on the Talent Acquisition strategy for , overseeing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for Corporate Office. This role requires a strategic thinker, highly networked and an incumbent with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and talent market trends.
