We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Engineer Trainee/ Technical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in installation, commissioning, and technical support activities. Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

Execute installation and commissioning activities with precision, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
Sales and Marketing Support:

Provide technical support in sales efforts, engaging in customer meetings, and contributing to the promotion of our service offerings.
Technical Communication:

Establish effective communication with devices, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Remote Support:

Offer remote support to customers, utilizing tools for efficient diagnosis and issue resolution.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and promptly report project status, challenges, and milestones to the reporting manager.
Customer Interaction:

Proactively communicate with customers, ensuring timely updates and addressing queries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving:

Identify and analyze problems during job assignments, reporting issues promptly with proposed solutions.
Training and Development:

Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to training programs for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:

BE// Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering in  or related field.
Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and technical support.Fresher's also can apply.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
