Urgent Hiring for Project Manager - MEP

A leading contracting company based in Riyadh is looking out for an expert Project Manager - MEP.

As a Project Manager, your responsibility is to oversee and manage MEP projects, ensuring their successful delivery from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Manage and oversee MEP projects, including meticulous planning, efficient coordination, and flawless execution.
Ensure that MEP designs align with project requirements and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Collaboration:
Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of MEP works.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement necessary actions to mitigate them.
Resource Management:
Skillfully manage project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Bring a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably within the construction industry.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of MEP systems and standards.
Skills:
Showcase excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Be proficient in project management software and tools.
Certification:
Possessing a PMP certification is a definite advantage.
