Online Promotional Member Directory project
Hi,

This is an Online Promotional Member Directory project for associations.  This project is a non-profit cloud address directory (like in wikipedia.org) where anyone can search/view promotional member's information without editing.

Each promotional member (i.e. John Wick = https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Wick) must have a UNIQUE account and can ONLY edit/update ITS information after the MFA log-in.

We want to create an Online Promotion Directory for Classmate Member where users can view information but only edit their own information after a successful MFA log-in process.

1. Admin Accounts & Permissions:
• Access to the directory or view user information.
• Add/Enable/Disable/Delete additional columns and fields.
• Import/Export Data in Excel (CSV and xls) format.
• Manage / update the platform.

2. User Accounts & Permissions:
• Access to the directory or view user information does not need any log-in permission.
• Each user must have a unique account to access their editing/updating profile.
• Users should be UNABLE to modify their mandatory information: first and last Names, Member Number, Membership Date, Main Email, and Main Telephone Number).
• User (e.g.: John Wick) can log in to its account profile (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Wick) with a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and ONLY update (edit/add) their additional personal information such as other telephones, additional emails, website, address, city, GPS map location, etc.

3. User Information:
• On Search page provides, Multi Language (EN by default), Search field with placeholder (e.g.: names, association, country, member number, etc.), Filters and a Table including SUMMARY profile member information, i.e: Name, Membership (Number and Registered Date), Association, etc.
• Users should see the detailed and current information for the selected member ( e.g.: John Wick = https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Wick) at the time.
• Member will update ONLY its profile information, after sign-in/log-in, in allowable fields but COULD NOT update locked Fields.

4. Security:
• Sign-in account request must be handled separately.
• The preferred MFA for the security of our users is SMS verification.
• Information (Page and Data) should NOT BE copied (Deactivate right-click functions).

5. Ideal Skills:
• Full Stack, PHP, Python, API, Website Design, HTML, MySQL, Graphic Design.
• Security protocols and MFA implementation.
• User account management.
• Database management for user information.

6. Experience:
• Previous experience with similar online association directories or student information systems is a plus.
• Experience with MFA implementation (email and sms).
• Strong understanding of user permissions and information update protocols.
