As a Supermarket Sales Rep in a Convenience Store (C-Store), you will play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring a customer-centric experience. Your responsibilities include cashiering, sales, merchandise management, and other aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

- Comply with company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

- Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and manage vendor relationships.

- Conduct regular store inspections for cleanliness and organization.

Customer Engagement:

- Provide outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints professionally.

- Develop initiatives like loyalty programs, promotional events, and product demonstrations.

- Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance the customer experience.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with regulations governing the sale of restricted products.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.

- Collaborate with corporate offices to implement company policies and procedures effectively.

As a Sales Rep in a C-Store, your dedication and leadership will contribute to the store's reputation as a trusted destination for convenient and quality products and services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the supermarket industry (2 years minimum, preferably 4+ years).

- Experience in customer service (2-4 years).

- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Fluent in English; working knowledge of Arabic preferred.
