Designation: Advisors Financial Services
Nos required : max 10 nos
Job Role:

Work From Office only.
Front line advisors handling emails complaints for clients in financial service related to loans, credit, SIBEL rating.
This requires understanding of banking process related loan approval.
Analysing complaint data for potential escalation to RBI.

Market : B2C
Location: Pune
Office: Client’s office
Shift: 9 to 6 PM
Workdays: Mon to Saturday - 6 days. At times Saturday is off due to low work load
Salary in hand : INR 15K to 30K  plus annual performance linked pay.

Mandatory/Essential:
Graduation in English
Computer Knowledge - Excel and Mails
Gmail , Outlook, Other Mails portal knowledge
Good Communication Skills in English
Minimum 6 months Experience in Banking/NBFC
