*Job Description*

 Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and                                   execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company      objectives and sales targets.
  Campaign Management: Lead and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.

  Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and more.
  Market Research: Utilize your experience to conduct market research, identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive information to inform marketing decisions.
  Brand Promotion: Assist in building and maintaining the company's brand image and ensuring brand consistency in all marketing activities.
  Lead Generation: Proactively work on lead generation activities and collaborate closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

  Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and reports to assess their effectiveness.
  Budget Management: Play a role in efficiently managing and allocating the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

  Customer Engagement: Implement strategies for engaging with current and potential customers through various channels.
  Coordinating with Financial Consultant for availing project loans which include submitting the required documents and subsequent follow up
  Submitting required documents with bank related to loan account.
  Role is ideal for a proactive and experienced marketer who is ready to contribute to our growth and take on a leadership role within our marketing efforts.

*Desired profile of the candidate*

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and projects.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset and the ability to stay updated with marketing trends and best practices.

Additional Information:

This position may require occasional travel for events or meetings.
