Job Title: US Trainee Recruiter ( HR Technical Recruiter )

Company Name: Creatigrity Technologies Pvt Ltd

Location – I Gate Junction, EPIP Zone,  Whitefield, Bangalore (near Kundalahalli Metro)

Working Days – Monday to Friday

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Compensation: Training period 3 months (15,000/month), after the training from 4th month (21,100/month) + Incentives.

The hike will be given as per the candidate's performance.


What will you be doing:

At first, being a fresher, you will get enough training and handholding from our management to make sure you will see the success in Recruitment.

Training Modules:
• The comprehensive 3 months training Program for freshers will encompass the following modules:
• US Culture: Understanding and familiarizing with the nuances of US Culture
• US Recruitment Methodologies: Learning the various methodologies and best practices used in US recruitment
• Calling process: Mastering effective calling techniques and strategies for candidate engagement.
• Sourcing process: Developing proficiency in sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Through this training program, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the recruitment field, specifically in the US market

Role/Responsibilities:

Recruiter is responsible for all recruitment activities of Creatigrity Technologies Pvt Ltd and its clients.

Sourcing resumes from different job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, LinkedIn)
Calling all the candidates to evaluate the technical and over all fitment
Identifies, develops and implements strategies for recruiting targeted talent pool to meet the organizations objectives.
Establishes procedures to ensure effective hiring of IT/Non-IT Professionals.
Maintains daily log of recruitment activities.
Coordinates interview schedules. Acts as the initial facilitator once the candidate till they are selected and on boarded.
Provide candidate experience and meet the performance and process metrics.

Educational Requirement: Any Bachelor / Master Degree.
