We are hiring a Fit Out Site Engineer for our organization.

Location: Dubai
Experience: 2-4 years in UAE
Industry: Interiors Fit Out


Responsibilities:
·     Responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring that all technical aspects of the project are completed according to specifications.
·     Work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects and sub-contractors.
·     Ensuring quality control and health and safety management.
·     Responsible for managing an in-house fit-out team and subcontractors while coordinating with the project management team.
·     Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
·     Preparing reports as required.
·     Resolving technical difficulties.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Architecture
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in construction and fit-out works
Proven experience in fit-out works, finishes, and MEP systems
Experience in project management, planning, and coordination
Excellent communications skills
