Automated Real Estate Listing Tracker
I'm looking for a skilled programmer to create an automated system that can keep track of real estate listings on https://www.ss.com.

Key Features:
- The system should check the website every hour for new listings and download them into a Google Sheets document.
- It should also update the status of listings as "Deleted" in the Google Sheets if they are no longer available on the website.

I need this system to ensure I have an up-to-date record of all the real estate listings on the website, without risking missing out on any new ones or keeping the outdated information.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web scraping and automation
- Experience with Google Sheets API
- Knowledge of real estate listings and data handling would be a plus
