Computer Knowledge: - MS Office, Power Point Presentation
Industrial Experience:- Lighting industry
Important Criteria:- Coating /Painting / Metalizing machine maintenance
Hard coat / base coating / Antifog coating :- Flow coating / Spary painting - HVAC system , Paint kitchen equipment like fluid pressure regulator , back pressure regulator , Low flow control valves , Annealing oven , UV lamp curing system , IR lamp curing system, Conventional Heating oven etc
Vacuum Metalizing Machines :- Knowledge about Vacuum metalizing machines, Rotary pumps, Roots pumps , Diffusion pumps , etc Painting Robots:- ABB, Yasakawa etc
Documentation:- Understanding & reading of Electrical circuit diagram , hydraulic circuit diagram, pneumatic circuit diagram, mechanical drawings , Daily / monthly data of maintenance dept, MTTR , MTBF, Pm tracking, spare part management, Energy savings etc.
