Qualification: MSW / MBA in HR
Company: STARRAG A MNC, a Global Technology Leader in manufacturing high-precision machine tools.
Role: HR Generalist [Manaing independently, the HR of a Head-Count of 25+ of a Factory cum Office] Employment Admin, Recruitment, Welfare, Employee Relations, Attendance & Payroll, Compliances, MIS, and Plant Admin including canteen, transport, and Security, etc. Knowledge of Kannada [Read and Write] is a must.
Experience: Around 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in any Engineering Manufacturing Company
Note: Female - Return-to-work preferred. Will be hired on third-party payroll. Canteen & drop-pick will be provided. CTC Around 5 LPA
