Are you passionate about sushi and Japanese cuisine? We're searching for a dedicated Junior Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. If you have a foundational knowledge of sushi preparation and a keen interest in Japanese culinary traditions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of sushi and sashimi dishes to our restaurant's standards.
- Learn and master sushi making techniques, including rice cooking, fish slicing, and rolling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area.
- Strictly follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
- Continuously learn about Japanese cuisine and sushi-making techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sushi chef or completion of a culinary training program with a focus on Japanese cuisine preferred.
- Strong understanding of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese culinary traditions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
