Are you ready to lead the way in facility management? We're a Facility Management Company based in Khobar, and we're in need of a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
Supervisor Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ability to plan employee shifts and work schedules
- Prepare work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments
- Provide feedback on employee work performance
- Prepare reports and updates for upper management
- Supervise processes and ensure smooth operations
Supervisor Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience
- Knowledge and experience of different cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with various cleaning materials, tools, and equipment
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and introspective
- Optional: Any international standard certification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
