Job Description:
1) Ensuring that customer requirements related to IMS are addressed and taken care of.
2) Communicating customer requirements to the organization.
3) Assisting in the selection of special characteristics, corrective & preventive actions, product development.
4) Assisting in setting quality & environmental objectives and related training.
5) Addressing quality and environmental issues at the customer end.
6) Monitoring the dispatch vehicles.
7) Daily meetings with SQA engineer for line feedback.
8) Communicating customer-specific requirements related to IMS to the plant head and MR.
9) Preparing the daily quality log sheet.
10) Suggesting improvement points with respect to quality, handling, and storage to the plant and customer.
