Job Overview:
As a Full-Time Marketer, you will be at the forefront of our business, driving lead generation, conducting follow-up activities, and securing sign-ups for our organization. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is adept at building connections and achieving targets.

Job Description:
1️⃣ Conduct lead generation activities both online and offline to collect contact information from potential attendees.
2️⃣ Utilize questionnaires, surveys, and other strategies to gather relevant data and identify qualified leads.
3️⃣ Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide information about our networking events and secure attendance.
4️⃣ Book meetings with prospective attendees to further discuss the benefits of participating in our events.
5️⃣ Guide interested individuals through the sign-up process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
6️⃣ Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for reaching target audiences and increasing event attendance.
7️⃣ Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes using CRM software or other designated tools.
8️⃣ Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, meeting bookings, and sign-ups.

Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the events or networking industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential attendees effectively.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency in using online and offline channels for lead generation and follow-up activities.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer data and interactions.
Must be based in or around Festac.
