Exciting Opportunity for Account Managers in Construction and Consulting!

Roles:
- Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the commercial director.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecast.
- Provide support during audits and tax preparation.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities promptly and professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the commercial director.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance preferred.
2. Experience: 8-10 Years in a similar role, Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations, Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
